There’s a lot of excitement to be found in our high-load, long-run, designed-and-built-to-your-stringent-specifications air handlers, air conditioning and refrigeration units. All structural steel and sheet metal needs are handled by expert in-house fabricators and welders. Each assembled unit is shipped equipped with a cellular modem used to enable wireless reporting by deployed units, by way of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) interactivity, as well as remote start/stop/reset capabilities, and optional Global Positioning System (GPS) functionality. Complete unit records are likewise securely available over the Internet, in the field, or at the office. |

All of our units feature user-friendly PLC-based control panels. High visibility and ease-of-use are trademarks of Northern Air Systems air handlers. Air/water temperature display is normally displayed, with service reminders taking priority as necessary. Any alarms will also display on the screen before they are dispatched through the wireless monitoring device. |

Units also feature easily removable doors for quick access to major components in the touch-safe electrical compartment. Independent circuit breakers isolate all equipment without the use of fuses. A self-diagnosing power supply is key factor in each unit’s long-term, continuous reliability. German-designed, precision-balanced evaporator fans provide an expected 13 years of air-handling under constant (24-7) use. Only quality components are used throughout construction: Price Pumps, Sporlan refrigeration components, Copeland scroll compressors, and Square-D, Telelmecanique and GE Fanuc electrical components. |
